A complete list of availabe install packages:

Install all the packages in the ordinary way, start by installing DJ-Flyer component first.

Navigate Extensions > Install/Uninstall

Choose the package and press Upload File & Install

The DJ-Flyer component allows you to create categories and assign items to them. You can also add to every item such details like tooltip description, image thumbnail and short details or full description, if that is not enough, you can link an item to any article as well.

Navigate Components > DJ-Flyer

At the begining, take a look at parameters view, where you can set configuration. Press Parameters button in the top right corner, then you will see the page:

Enter thumbnail dimensions and press Save.

Let's start with creating an example category. Press Add button in the top right corner, then you will see the page:

Enter a name of category, check Yes for Published and press Save button.

Next step is to create an item. Navigate to Items:

Press Add button in the top right corner, then you will see the page:

Short description:

• Name – enter a name of item
• Category – choose a category of item
• Tooltip – enter a tooltip description, it will also appear at the beginning of item description
• Details – enter a short description of item
• Article – choose an article that item will be linked to
• Published – choose yes/no if you want to publish item or not
• Description – enter a full description of item
• Upload new image – choose an item image

Press Save button.

If you want to make some changes in existing item e.g. change an image or a description, you have to edit a proper item.

The DJ-Flyer module allows you to display items from categories and all details you have entered by component.
What is more, you can easily manage whether to display description on the side or bottom.

Navigate Extensions → Module Manager and choose DJ-Flyer module.

Let's take a look at Module Parameters:

Short description:

• Categories id, separated by coma – enter a category id you want to display
• Items per page – enter a number of items per page, 0 for no pagination
• Width of title box – enter the width of title box (measured in pixels)
• Width of desc box – enter the width of description box (measured in pixels)
• Order – choose the order of items display
• Details position – choose the position of description box
• Show image – choose yes/no if you want to display item image or not
• Show category name – choose yes/no if you want to display category name or not
• Show tooltip – choose yes/no if you want to display tooltip or not
• Time of duration – set the time of effect duration (in miliseconds)
